Bridging / Work Experience
All programmes in the centre require learners to take part on a two week work placement. The Bridging programme is for those who would like to take on a longer placement once their training course has been completed. The programme lasts for up to 6 months and allows participants to work with their Instructor to identify a suitable work placement. Support is provided to both the employer and trainee during this time and a training allowance is paid. For those who may not have completed their QQI Work Experience component at Level 4, this programme will facilitate them to do so.
