Hair and Beauty

Learn important skills for this growing industry and achieve a recognised Diploma, which may lead to a career in the Health and Beauty industry. On this course, you will learn beauty skills including manicure, pedicure, make up and salon reception skills. On the hair care aspect of the programme, you will learn washing, styling hair and colouring hair. On successful completion of the course, participants receive a VTCT Diploma which is an industry recognised accreditation. Following on from the course, learners can enter the work place or some elect to further their studies in one of the local PLC colleges.

A VTCT Diploma (Level 4) is awarded to those who complete the Hair and Beauty course and this is also comparable to Leaving Certificate standard.
